Access your Progress Updates
When you Navigate to your Progress Updates from the top Menu by clicking Collaborate > Progress Updates.
You will be presented with this screen, in this area you will see a list of all the Progress Updates for your Business Unit. You can navigate to each Progress Update by clicking 'Open'.
Complete your Progress Updates
Once you open the Progress Update, you will see Responses section on the left hand, and Additional section on the right hand.
In the Responses section on the left hand of the screen, you'll find the Contributions that have been assigned to your Business Unit to respond to on this month's Progress Update.
* Remember: If relevant to your response, use the Additional Details, URL and Location to add some context to your responses ?
On the Additional section on the right hand of the screen, you can:
- enter comments to other Officers, or members, of the Business Unit
- Enter your Good News Stories
- See the Workflow configured for your Business Unit: Officers enter data, then go to Approvals (if required)
Once you have entered all the responses to your Questions, you'll see the Submit button wiggling, and a reminder on the top of your screen.
